Emily is an MD-PhD student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B. A. in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computer Science and Neuroscience and a minor in Bioethics. Before medical school, she worked at a biotech startup focused on precision medical care for lupus. Her current research interests are AI applied to women’s mental health. In her free time, she loves walking & running in central park, watching good shows with friends, going to concerts, and roaming all around New York.
